Hernan Reyes-Peralta has distinguished himself through his remarkable work ethic and proactive approach in his role. This summer, as Southwest Tech underwent significant facility upgrades, Hernan embraced the challenge of stepping into his role with enthusiasm and skill. His efforts have been instrumental in advancing the maintenance department’s objectives.
“Hernan has been a tremendous asset to our team,” said Dale Latham, CEO Southwest Tech. “His ability to learn and apply new electrical skills has truly lit up our campus, both literally and figuratively. Hernan’s proactive mindset and leadership on several key projects have set a high standard for excellence.”
