Southwest Technology Center (SWTC) proudly announces that 21 outstanding students have been selected as recipients of Southwest Tech Foundation Scholarships, a testament to their dedication, talent, and commitment to excellence in career and technical education. These scholarships were awarded to students across various programs, supporting their educational pursuits and recognizing their accomplishments.

The following students received the scholarships: Kinlee Adame, Rubi Alvarado, Paige Annen, Montassar Azizi, Ethan Brewster, Katherine Day, Starr Duarte, Zane Garrett, Alexandria Gay, Jared Hawkins, Kemeree Hodges, Amanda Lopez, Bradley Martin, Jenny Martinez, Jack Morgan, Ryan Rogers, Gabriel Scabby, Nathan Self, Faith Vargas, Ada Marie Villapane, and Emily Wilson.

SWTC Superintendent Dale Latham expressed pride in these students’ achievements, stating, "Our scholarship recipients exemplify the values of hard work, perseverance, and a commitment to their education. These awards not only recognize their dedication but also support their journey toward becoming leaders in their chosen fields."

The Southwest Tech Foundation Scholarship program is dedicated to helping students achieve their educational and career goals by alleviating some of the financial challenges of technical education. Scholarships are made possible through the generosity of community partners and individuals who believe in investing in the future workforce.

"We are deeply grateful to our donors, whose generosity makes these scholarships possible," said David Braddock, President of the Southwest Tech Foundation. "Their support empowers students to focus on their studies and build promising futures in their fields."
