Southwest Technology Center is proud to announce Kimmie Allen as our January Employee of the Month. As our new Career Guidance Counselor, Kimmie has quickly become an integral part of the Southwest Tech team, bringing her A-game to every aspect of her role.
Since joining Southwest Tech, Kimmie has been a breath of fresh air, delivering innovative ideas and a proactive approach that has significantly enhanced the services provided by the Student Services department. Her dedication, creativity, and professionalism have made a lasting impact in a short amount of time. Whether she’s providing personalized support to students or streamlining processes for maximum efficiency, Kimmie consistently goes above and beyond to ensure success for both students and colleagues.
Kimmie’s 20+ years of experience with Altus Public Schools have been invaluable in her current role. Her expertise and passion for education and career development have inspired her coworkers and provided students with tailored guidance to help them achieve their goals.
