Southwest Technology Center is proud to recognize Carol Walker, Teacher Prep instructor, as the April Employee of the Month. With her unwavering dedication to students and her positive impact throughout the building, Carol exemplifies the qualities of an outstanding educator and teammate.
A veteran educator, Carol is known for her consistent “can do” attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to support her students and colleagues. Whether she’s leading her classroom or stepping in to assist others, Carol approaches every task with enthusiasm and professionalism. She runs her program seamlessly, preparing future educators with excellence, a positive attitude, and a commitment to high standards.
"Carol has great rapport with her students as well as all employees throughout the building," said her nominator. "Her strong classroom management and daily modeling of best practices set a high standard for both students and colleagues. A true role model and invaluable asset to our team, we are truly blessed to have her."
