Metal Fabrication held their annual In House Tournament last Tuesday. They competed building a steel house that consisted of welding 6010,7018, and MIG in various positions. Safe Sitter Essentials® is designed to prepare students in grades 6-8 to be safe when they're home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting. The class is filled with fun games and role playing exercises. Students get to use manikins to practice rescue skills!

Aviation "Spotlight" of the week, Hangar 33 Southwest Tech General curriculum students and Mr Chris Venegas getting out in the Hangar performing hands on Weight and Balance procedures on our Piper Arrow Aircraft.
