Institutional and Program Eligibility Documentation regarding SWTC’s eligibility for all aid assistance programs is located in the Financial Aid Office. The Financial Aid Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the Program Participation Agreements (PPA), the Eligibility and Certification Approval Report (ECAR), and the five-year federal Recertification.
